You can get customer support via chat almost instantly thought some of the cusotmer folks are better than other. I have 3 websites with them and I have refered a few. I actually wish Bluehost would charge more for their hosting, and invest in more tech support. Maybe it's just the noob questions I tend to ask, but rarely do I call their tech support without getting the distinct impression that the guy is gritting his teeth in irritation at having to talk with me. I have 4 domains on one account and have had no downtime.
